Remote Control Set Up

A connection should be set between your product and the app in order for the app to function.

NOTICE

Internet connection is required in order to use the Remote Control function. Otherwise, your app will not run on your smart device. Contact your internet service provider if you have issues with your internet connection.

• If you are adding a product for the first time, touch “Add/Delete Product” section on your app and touch “Touch here to connect the product to the network”. Follow the steps in the app for the set up.
• To start the setup, make sure that your machine is turned off. Press On/Off switch and 1. Auxiliary function (Remote Control) button simultaneously for 5 seconds to turn your washing machine into Remote Control setup mode.



• An animation appears in the setup of the Remote Control and the wireless connection icon will blink until your machinery connects to the internet. Only the On/Off button will be active in this mode. Other buttons will not work.



• Press “Add/Delete Product” button on the screen in the app and click on “Connect new product to eh network” opening on the screen.
• Follow the instructions on the remote control application screen.
• When setup is complete, give your washing machine a name. On the "Products" page in the app you can see the product you just added.

NOTICE

If you cannot complete the setup successfully in 5 minutes, your washing machine will automatically turn itself off. In this case, you will have to start over the setup steps. If the problem is persisting, contact authorized service.

You can use your washing machine with more than one smart device. To do this, download the Remote Control app on the other smart devices as well. When you launch the app, you will need to log in with the account you previously created and paired your washing machine.
