Troubleshooting
Do the following if you have a problem with controlling or connection. Observe whether the problem continues after the procedure you have carried out or not. If the problem continues, perform the following steps.
- Check whether your smart device is connected to the relevant home network.
- Close and reopen the product app.
- Enter settings on the menu and adjust the Wireless Connection: Off status to Wireless Connection: and re-connect via the application.
- If the connection cannot be established with the above processes, repeat the initial set-up settings on the washing machine.
If the problem persists, consult an Authorised Service Agent.
