Our Call Centre provides service for 24 hours 7 days.

Your calls with our Call Centre are charged according to the tariff defined for you by your communication service operator.

You can request the service you desire regarding your product by calling our call centre number from your landline or your mobile phones without dialling the area code.

Information regarding all authorized service stations can be found at “Service Information System”

(www.servis.gov.tr) established by the Ministry of Commerce. Spare parts can be obtained from our authorized dealers.

We notify our customers when their requests and suggestions reach Arçelik within 24 hours without differentiating between customer profiles.

  • We deal with them in line with legal regulations, objectively, fairly and confidentially.

As Arçelik, we adopt perfect customer experience as the main principle and embark on a customer-focused approach.

We integrate all our processes with the management system and develop a structure that controls each other.

Please follow the following recommendations.

When you purchase the product, please have its Warranty approved by your Authorized Dealer.

Use your product in accordance with the principles of the manual.

Make an application to our call centre from the telephone numbers above when you have a service demand related to your product.

Ask for the "technician ID" to the technician that comes for the service.

When you are finished, remember to ask for a “Service Receipt” from your Authorized Service technician. This "Service Receipt" shall be of used in case of a problem with your product in later stages.

Useful life of this product: 10 years. (The spare parts necessary for the product to function will be available for this period.)
